Walker Institute Lecture 2013: Is the UK prepared for the risks from a changing climate?

SML-ReadingLec-TotalProfessor Lord Krebs of Wytham Kt FRS, Chair of the Adaptation Sub-Committee of the Committee on Climate Change and Principal of Jesus College Oxford, will deliver the annual lecture of the Walker Institute of the University of Reading at 5pm on 11 July in London (30 Euston Square, Royal College of General Practitioners, Euston, London NW1 2FB).

Titled ‘Is the UK prepared for the risks from a changing climate?’, the lecture will cover the risks to the UK from a changing climate, how well they are being managed, what is still to be done and the role government, business and communities have to play.

  1. Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon on a daily basis. It will always be interesting to read content from other authors and practice a little something from their sites.
